STAFF
STEPHANIE FOSTER – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Stephanie Foster joins First Tee – Central Valley with nearly a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, and development. She is passionate about creating opportunities where young people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow—both on and off the golf course. As a parent of two, Stephanie understands firsthand how the lessons we teach—through sport, music, and play—shape confident, resilient kids. In her home, there’s always the sound of a musical instrument being played, and now, she’s adding the rhythm of a golf swing to the mix. While she’s still learning the game herself, she knows it’s not just about perfecting technique—it’s about embracing fun, challenge, and growth. Stephanie believes these same principles build strong families, communities, and futures. She’s excited to work alongside coaches, volunteers, and families to help First Tee participants develop the skills they need to thrive in golf and in life. Wish her luck on her golf game!
