What volunteer coaches share is a desire to make a difference. As a First Tee coach, you’ll guide youth through character-building moments, teach life skills through the game of golf, and become a steady, trusted voice in their growth.
But what surprises many of our volunteers is how much they gain: connection, purpose, hope, and a deeper sense of community. This is mentorship that matters to the young people in our program, but also has an outsized impact on our coaches—on and off the course.
