However, our coaches find something in each one of those shy kids. For some, it is a spark of determination to become the best that they can be, and for others, it is simply the joy of being outside, learning something new. Week after week, these participants come back, not just to learn about golf, but to learn about themselves. They learn they they are confident, strong, and have the right to be whoever they want to be. They learn how to grow through the frustrations, cheer on their peers, and learn how to speak up when it matters.
Every child who steps onto the course learns that golf is just the beginning — what really matters are the lessons that last long after the final putt drops.
