Junior Leadership Programs
Beginning at age 10, First Tee – Central Valley offers Junior Leadership opportunities designed for participants who want to grow beyond the golf course. These programs give kids and teens a voice, a sense of responsibility, and hands-on experience in leadership, teamwork, and service. Participants explore national and regional opportunities, help shape fundraising ideas, connect through outside-of-class meet-ups and play days, and stay engaged in all things First Tee. Junior Leadership is about building confidence, connection, and ownership within our community.

Junior Advisory Council
Junior Council is comprised of high school students who are active in the program and want to give back by creating fundraising events and leadership opportunities. They will learn how to serve on a committee-type structure that allows them to grow as young leaders in the chapter.
Junior Coaching Volunteer Program
We invite all participants age 10+ to get involved as Junior Coaches. All positions involve working directly with our coaches and staff with ample support and guidance, including seasonal chapter coach workshops. Training increases at every level, and our goal is to support the program’s objectives as well as your own in taking the next steps in life!
